Have you ever found yourself running around, but then asked yourself why?  The life we live day to day, doing things, work, school and many other things.  The pressure of life and everything around you seems to never slow down, Never enough time to do the things you really love and enjoy.  We have become so programmed into living in ways that suck all the energy out of you by the end of the day.  All you want to do is rest or sleep.  Caught up in fast lane, more work and more work, never time to just relax and enjoy life as it should be.  Money have to make money, bills to be paid and things to have.  Most people work for someone else and the demand of their time belongs to the employer.  What little time you have for vacation or time off, never seems like enough.  Just when it starts it ends.  Caught up funny how time passes when you are having fun but tends to drag when you are on the job.  Not all jobs I might add,  Some people have wonderful jobs and love it, would not change it if the could.  But even then, you can be caught up in life that you miss out on what is really important. Money seem to be the number one reason most people have problems. It always seem like there is never enough money after everything is paid for.  The reason why is because many of us are caught up and don't know it. We have be taught that this is just the way it is.  Don't fight it, just go with it.  No you don't have to live that way.  There is much more to life than we really know and we never find out unless we stop being caught up.

Everyone Has Value

Everyone has value, no matter how the size all is just as important.  Too many times we tend to look down on people because the world has said that their talent or skill is nothing.  Every person has something about them that makes them just as valuable as the next person.  Remember there is only one you, even if someone looks and acts like you they can never be you.  That makes everyone special no matter who are what you are.  Within yourself is something great and only you have what you have, other people may have the same, but remember there is only one you.  You have value, you are one of a kind.  When you were born it was not a mistake, there is a reason for everyone being here.  Everything and everyone has a place and you have a place that only you can fill. Never allow others to look down on you or what you do.  You have value.

So many times in life people as well as ourselves blame others for not being able to succeed.  But the honest truth is the only one who stands in the way is Only You.  At the end of the day after it is all said and done, the only one who really prevents us from accomplishing anything is only you.  People can say and do all they like to prevent, slow you down or any other thing.  But it is only you that has the final word or action,  No matter how good the advise, knowledge and skills you have or lack thereof.  It is only you who stands in the way,  You have to tell yourself daily that you will make it and that no one will stop you not even self.

When doubt tries to show up, tell it that it is not welcome. When failure comes learn from them what went wrong a correct the actions and try again,  Never allow anyone or anything to hold you back.  Run the race, see yourself winning the head and not the tail.  The power of choice is in your hands and only you stands in the way.
